As I am reading your records, I use sound healing (different types, such as toning, drumming, etc.) to go deeper into the records. You'll be receiving guidance and mentoring from the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones, when accessing the records. It's beneficial to access the records to discover things about our souls' and our ancestors' experiences that may be a pathway or blockage to our evolution or purpose.
